After arriving at the Preparation Facility, the Peppers are hand sorted, washed and sanitized.
Biquinhos are stored in Vinegar Conserve
Biquinho Peppers are then stored in Vinegar Conserve for distribution or for production of Puree or Pulp
Loaded in Sanitized Barrels for Shipping
Biquinho Peppers or Puree are loaded into 50l, 100l or 200l Plastic Sealed Barrels.
We Export and transport Biquinho Peppers to any Safe World Airport or Seaport with FOB or CIF Terms
2 Years Validity when Stored Well
When stored properly, Biquinho Peppers in Whole or Puree form are valid for up to 2 years.
