Malagueta Peppers are Grown at Farm
The Malagueta Peppers are grown in Farms in Minas Gerais, Brazil and hand picked at harvest time.
Hand Selected, Washed and Sanitized
After arriving at the Preparation Facility, the Peppers are hand sorted, washed and sanitized.
Malaguetas are stored in Vinegar Conserve
Malagueta Peppers are then stored in Vinegar Conserve for distribution or for production of Puree or Pulp
Machine Grind Peppers into Puree
The Malagueta Peppers are grounded into Pulp or Puree with Vinegar and Salt per Buyer Specs.
Loaded in Sanitized Barrels for Shipping
Malagueta Peppers or Malagueta Puree are loaded into 100l or 200l Plastic Sealed Barrels.
Peppers are Good for 2 Years after Production
When stored properly, Malagueta Peppers in Whole or Puree form are valid for up to 2 years.
