Brazilian Pickled Peppers are normally Fresh Peppers placed in Vinegar Conserve after washing to allow the Peppers to stay Fresh and extend their validity Date. Normally Peppers are preserved in Vinegar Alcohol that is certified and meets Brazilian Food Regulations. The Brazilian Peppers are stored in Barrels with sealed tops and can be shipped ocean freight or airfreight.

After our Clients receive their pickles peppers, it can be stored in a warehouse for up to 2 years.  Peppers allow Hot Sauce Producers to import large quantities, store at their warehouse and have peppers ready for use when needed.
